Grevissa is offered to users globally. Conversation content you enter, voice input you provide, and optional media you attach may be processed to generate responses, maintain separate conversation histories per character, and support features such as favorites or personalization you configure on your device. We may collect diagnostic and usage information to understand feature adoption, measure performance, and investigate crashes. This helps us maintain stability across Android device models and OS versions.

Conversation and user-generated content: Text messages, voice inputs, AI responses, and related session data are retained for the period needed to provide continuity within each character’s conversation thread and to support features such as favorites. Locally stored content remains on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall Grevissa. Data processed on our servers is retained according to operational schedules tied to service delivery and backup cycles, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Photos, videos, and media files: Optional media you provide is retained while the associated feature remains active or until you remove the content or uninstall the App, whichever occurs first.
Device information, usage events, and diagnostics: Retained for a limited period sufficient for analytics aggregation, security review, and crash investigation—typically rolling periods aligned with product improvement cycles, unless a longer period is needed to resolve an identified issue or comply with law.
Support and privacy correspondence: Emails and related records are kept as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and demonstrate compliance with privacy obligations.
When retention periods expire, we delete or de-identify data using commercially reasonable methods. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited time before automated purge.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or App functionality.
